Freeze-dried Banana Cake

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups (not dehydrated) crushed to a powder.
    • 2 tsp. lemon juice
    • 3 cups white wheat flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup butter powder
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 Tbsp. whole egg powder
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/4 cup instant milk powder
    • 2 cups water

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 275.
    2. Mix banana powder and all other dry ingredients. Add lemon juice, vanilla, and water.
    3. Mix on low until combined. Then, mix on medium-high for two full minutes.
    4. Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan and bake for about one hour (until toothpick comes out clean).
    5. Remove from oven and place directly into the freezer for at least 45 minutes (I do this with all cakes; it makes them very moist).
    6. Spread cream cheese frosting over cooled cake and enjoy!
