Freeze-dried Vegetable and Noodle Soup


    • 1 cup dried pasta
    • 1 cup freeze-dried vegetables (like peas, broccoli, and carrots)
    • ½ teaspoon basil
    • ½ teaspoon parsley
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon onion powder
      salt and pepper to taste
    • 4 cups water


    Place the freeze-dried vegetables in a dry blender and blend into flakes. Measure out ½ cup. Save the remaining vegetables for another dish. Bring the water to a boil, and add your garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper. Add pasta to the boiling broth, and when cooked, mix in your freeze-dried vegetables. Let simmer for 5 minutes, and serve while hot.
